The awards program, conducted by MedTech Breakthrough, recognizes the top companies, technologies, and products in the global digital health and medical technology market.
With simple text message prompts delivered every 90 days to members, Included Health’s Healthy Days program highlights how mHealth can effectively be used to identify people at risk and to connect them with the help or care they need. A core component of Included Health’s personalized all-in-one healthcare offering, Healthy Days uses a patient-centered measure originally developed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to understand health-related quality of life, inclusive of both physical and mental well-being.

Based on their response, members receive personalized outreach to help them get the mind, body, and wallet support they need — ultimately resulting in two additional Healthy Days per month, on average, to engage in the personal, professional, or self-care activities that matter most.
