Owen Tripp co-founded and grew the startup that has become Included Health, today’s first integrated navigation and virtual care company. He previously co-founded and grew Reputation.com into the global leader in online reputation and privacy management, and before that held leadership positions at eBay and Accenture. Owen got his BA with honors from Trinity College and MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He’s one of the World Economic Forum Global Technology Pioneers, Goldman Sachs Top 50 Builders + Innovators, and Rock Health Most Beloved CEOs. He’s regularly voted a top CEO by employees on Glassdoor.

Robin Glass leads the sales, marketing, client success, growth strategy, channel partnership, and GTM operations teams, responsible for growing our number of clients and members, company growth and strategy, and the retention and success of partnerships with our clients. She has over 20 years of experience building and scaling growth organizations for innovative healthcare companies. Prior, she was Chief Customer Officer at Evolent Health, a publicly-traded value-based care company. Robin has a BA in Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA and Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three daughters.

Wade oversees all aspects of engineering and technology innovation. With more than 25 years of engineering leadership experience, he has deep technical domain expertise and a successful track record of scaling teams and leaders, market-defining technology innovations, and business growth for companies of all sizes including Twitter, TellApart, Yahoo, and Opsware. Before Silicon Valley, Wade served in the military and the White House Situation Room.

Ami Parekh

Ami Parekh, MD, JD sets our company’s clinical vision and strategy to deliver value for clients and improve health outcomes for members. She leads the company’s Health Strategy and Insights Team including Analytics and Actuarial, Provider Strategy and Relations, Clinical Strategy & Outcomes Research, Clinical Market Initiatives, and Public Policy. Previously, she was Chief Medical Officer for Population Health and Clinical Integration at UCSF Health, and also worked at McKinsey. Ami serves on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts board of directors. After Yale Medical School and Yale Law School, she completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Previously, Ami has been named one of 50 Healthcare Leaders Under 40 by Becker’s Hospital Review (2016), 32 Chief Population Health Officers to Know (2019), Fierce Healthcare Women of Influence (2020) and SF Business Times’ Most Influential Women in Business (2021).

Gabe Cortes

Gabe Cortes oversees all aspects of finance operations for the company. He joined in June 2017 and brings more than 25 years of finance experience leading companies at scale. Previously, Gabe was SVP of Global Field Operations at Workday, where he helped scale the company to over $1.5B in annual revenue. He also held senior finance leadership roles at companies including Juniper Networks, Cisco Systems, CarsDirect.com and Toyota Motor Corporation. Gabe holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Nupur Srivastava

Nupur Srivastava leads a diverse team of general managers, product managers, designers, researchers, and more in her role running product. She’s passionate about leveraging the power of technology and human empathy to raise the standard of healthcare. Prior, she was Head of Product for AliveCor, a leader in FDA-cleared ECG technology for mobile devices. She also held product positions in Cisco’s telemedicine group as well as DRev, a product development company focused on affordable health technologies. Nupur earned her MBA from Stanford and her Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has been recognized by SF Business Times as a 40 Under 40 award recipient for her work building a better future.

Jim O'Gorman

Jim O’Gorman leads our Talent & Organization Team, responsible for all aspects of our people strategy. He brings more than 20 years of human resource experience helping companies create cultures where people can do the best work of their careers. Prior, Jim built and scaled teams through a variety of leadership roles at Quibi, Hulu and Tele Atlas. He earned a BA in Communications from Gannon University and an MBA from Northeastern University.  Jim lives in Los Angeles with his partner, Alberto.

Our Board of Directors

Kelly Barnes joined the board in May 2021. Kelly worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1988 to 2020, most recently as Global Health Industries Leader from 2018 to 2020 and U.S. Health Industries Leader from 2009 to 2020. She currently serves as a Member of the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board for the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, from which she earned her BSBA in Accounting and MSA in Accounting. Kelly brings to the board her extensive financial and accounting experience.

Bryan E. Roberts, Ph.D. joined the board in April 2013. Bryan is a Partner at Venrock, the venture capital firm he joined in 1997. Prior, he worked in the corporate finance department of Kidder, Peabody & Co., a brokerage company. Bryan serves as Chair of the board of directors of Castlight Health, Inc. (NYSE: CSLT), a provider of health navigation solutions he co-founded, as a director of 10X Genomics, Inc. (Nasdaq: TXG), a life sciences technology company, and as a director of several private companies. Bryan previously served on the boards of Achaogen, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, from 2004 to July 2019 and Hua Medicine (HKG: 2552), a drug development company, from 2010 to 2018. Bryan holds a BA in Chemistry from Dartmouth College and a PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Harvard University. He brings to the board his experience facilitating the growth of healthcare, healthcare IT, and biotechnology companies.

Robert R. Schmidt joined the board in August 2020. Robert is a Managing Director on the U.S. Buyout team focused on private equity investments in the healthcare sector at the Carlyle Group, where he has worked since August 2011. He also serves on the boards of 1Life Healthcare Inc. (Nasdaq: ONEM), a membership model-based healthcare company, and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Holdings plc (Nasdaq: OCDX), a provider of in-vitro diagnostics, as well as several privately held healthcare companies. Robert earned a BS in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He brings to the board his experience investing in the healthcare sector, and as a director of healthcare companies.

Michael joined the Board in November 2022. Michael ‘s experience includes over three decades in senior leadership roles in healthcare and consumer-facing organizations, and proven strategy and operational experience. Most recently he was the president and chief executive officer of Eyemart Express and before that he worked at Walmart as chief operating officer of global e-commerce. He previously served as president and general manager of retail and alternate care at Cardinal Health. Michael received his BA in economics at Stanford University and MBA from Northwestern.

Kathleen Sebelius joined the board in December 2015. Kathleen founded and is Chief Executive Officer of Sebelius Resources, LLC, a strategic consulting firm advising private companies, non-profit organizations, and financial investors. She served as United States Secretary of Health and Human Services from April 2009 to June 2014, Governor of Kansas from January 2003 to April 2009, and Insurance Commissioner of Kansas from January 1995 to January 2003. Kathleen serves as chair of the board of Humacyte, Inc. (Nasdaq: HUMA), a biotechnology platform company, and as a director of Exact Sciences Inc. (Nasdaq: EXAS), a cancer diagnostics company. She also serves on the boards of Devoted Health, Inc., a healthcare company, and several private health sector interests. She continues her policy work with the Kaiser Family Foundation and co-leads the Health Strategy Group for the Aspen Institute. Kathleen previously served on the boards of Myovant Sciences Inc. (NYSE: MYOV) and Dermira Inc. (Nasdaq: DERM). She earned a BA in Political Science from Trinity Washington University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kansas. She brings to the board her distinguished work in healthcare, tenure in the public sector, and experience with regulatory process and policies.

N. Robbert Vorhoff joined the board in May 2021. Robbert is a Managing Director and Global Head of the Healthcare sector of General Atlantic. Before joining General Atlantic in 2003, Robbert worked in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring advisory at Greenhill & Co., then in the private equity group, Greenhill Capital Partners. He serves on the boards of directors of Alignment Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALHC), a healthcare platform company, Oak Street Health, Inc. (NYSE: OSH), an operator of primary care centers serving Medicare beneficiaries, and several private healthcare companies. He’s also on the boards of two non-profits, Echoing Green and the Idea Village, and the board of the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. Robbert holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and brings to the board his experience investing in the healthcare sector and as a director of healthcare companies.
