These updates to quality come together in Provider Connect, Included Health's proprietary provider matching engine, which draws on tens of billions of data points to guide members toward top-quartile providers. In practice, that's translated into a 92% increase in connections to top-quartile providers and 7% lower inpatient hospital utilization — savings that compound over time.
Provider Connect isn't a tool members have to seek out on their own. It's embedded directly into the Dot experience, as well as Included Health's alternative health plan, which work together to keep members on the path to quality throughout their care journey.
