How CDPHP increased access in rural areas with Virtual Primary Care

With a commitment to prioritizing members' needs, Capital District Physicians' Health Plan Inc. (CDPHP®) sought a virtual care partner aligned with their mission of providing members with high-quality urgent and behavioral healthcare no matter where they call home. 

CDPHP partnered with Included Health to offer accessible, high-quality virtual care to more than 400,000 members across 36 counties in New York, including rural, hard to reach members. The partnership successfully amplified awareness and participation in both urgent and behavioral healthcare offerings, leading to improvements in whole-person health.
