Included Health Appoints Rachel Winokur to Board of Directors

Founder and CEO of TailorCare joins board as Audit Chair

SAN FRANCISCO — July 27, 2026 — Included Health, a new kind of healthcare company that delivers personalized all-in-one healthcare to millions of people nationwide, today announced the appointment of Rachel Winokur to its Board of Directors, where she will serve as Audit Chair.

Winokur brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare leadership, value-based care, population health, and investing. She is the founder and CEO of TailorCare, a specialty value-based care company that uses personalized data and AI-driven clinical insights to help people with joint, back, and muscle conditions get the right care at the right time, reducing unnecessary procedures and improving outcomes.

Before founding TailorCare, Winokur was part of the founding team that launched Bright Health Group, where she served as chief business officer before becoming CEO of NeueHealth, the risk-based primary care delivery, provider enablement, and network management company she created within Bright. Earlier in her career, she helped start Aetna’s population health management division and held leadership and investing roles at The Carlyle Group, Datascope, Bertelsmann, and Goldman Sachs.

“Rachel brings a rare combination of operating experience, financial discipline, and conviction about what better healthcare should look like for people. She has built and led businesses in value-based care, worked across health plan and provider models, and understands how to turn complexity into better decisions and better outcomes,” said Owen Tripp, co-founder and CEO of Included Health. “I’m excited to welcome her to the board and learn from her as we continue raising the standard of healthcare.”

“I’ve spent much of my career focused on how to make care work better for the people who depend on it. Included Health stands out for the way it combines clinical depth, thoughtful use of technology, and real accountability for the member experience,” said Rachel Winokur. “I’m glad to join the board and support a company that is helping more people get high-quality care with greater clarity and confidence.”

Winokur also serves on the boards of Maven and TailorCare. She holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with honors in biomedical and electrical engineering from Duke University, where she was a National Science Foundation Fellow.
