User research helps us understand how people use our products. We use interviews, surveys, and usability tests to learn what works well and what we can improve for you.
Most studies take 15–60 minutes. We always clearly state the time commitment before you agree to participate.
It varies based on our research needs and your profile, but typically no more than 1–2 times per month. You can always decline any invitation.
Activities may include:
Phone or video interviews (30–60 min)
Online surveys (10–20 min)
Usability testing of websites or apps (30–45 min)
Focus groups (60–90 min)
Diary studies (Ongoing over several days)
Compensation & Incentives
Yes, you will be compensated! Rewards vary by study type and length, typically ranging from $25–$150 in gift cards. You’ll always know the incentive amount before agreeing.
Note: Compensation may be prohibited for certain members due to employer policy.
We typically provide digital gift cards via email within 5–10 business days after study completion.
Life happens! Just let us know right away. Compensation is only provided for studies that are completed fully.

No. Your participation in research studies is completely separate from your healthcare services and is kept confidential.

Participants must be 18 or older. For research involving minors, we work with parents/guardians separately.
