Better care starts with a few simple steps.
1.

Download or open the Included Health app.

Fill out some personal info to confirm you have access. 

2.

Register using your personal email address. 
Create a password and enter your phone number. 

3.

Answer a few questions to help us understand your needs.
You now have access to all your Included Health benefits.

We make it easy for your covered dependents to set up their own Included Health accounts so they can get the care and support they need.

Visit your employer's Included Health website to make sure your dependents have access to Included Health.

Here’s how your dependents can get started.

Encourage covered dependents over 18 to download the Included Health app.
