Former Oak Street Health CLO Joins Company to Lead Legal and Compliance Strategy

Prior to joining Included Health, Mr. Guenthner spent six years at Oak Street Health, where he played a pivotal role in supporting the company’s national expansion, its initial public offering in 2020, and its acquisition by CVS Health in 2023. With more than 20 years of experience practicing law in the healthcare and private equity arenas, he brings expertise in navigating complex transactions, negotiations, contracting, and value-based care strategies.

Before his role at Oak Street Health, Rob served as CLO at National Surgical Healthcare, where, under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth and was acquired by a national publicly traded competitor. He brings comprehensive expertise in healthcare legal affairs and strategic business operations. Rob holds a JD and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS from the University of Dayton.
