Studies you could join
You’ll be invited to participate in a variety of research studies, each designed to capture different types of input on our products and services. Potential studies include:
User interviews
Remote video calls with a researcher to discuss specific topics and understand the context behind your healthcare decisions.
Usability testing
Complete specific tasks on a new feature or prototype while sharing your thoughts aloud to help us identify points of confusion.
Questionnaires
Short, targeted surveys used to quickly gather opinions, rank priorities, or collect feedback on specific pieces of content or design.
Diary studies
Longer-term studies where you share your actions and thoughts over a set period of time to help us track real-world behavior.

Your identity is never shared outside our research team or linked to your feedback internally without your explicit consent. All data is stored securely and anonymized as a standard practice.

You are always in control. You can decline any study invitation or leave the program at any time—no questions asked, and no penalty.
