Send us a request to deprecate your account

 

Because Included Health provides healthcare services, accounts can only be deleted under very specific and limited circumstances. Instead, we mostly deprecate accounts.

Deprecating your account means:

  • You'll be logged out of all Included Health services
  • You'll lose access to health services
  • You'll be removed from marketing and other communications lists
