This 75-min workshop will explore how to best navigate individuality, intersectionality, and neurodiversity in the workplace. The main goal for this session is to have insightful, honest, and inquisitive discussions around the dynamic landscape of the LGBTQ+ workforce through the lens of lived experiences, as well as to share best practices and policies on how to shape workplace culture in both remote and in-office settings.
