Our story

The personalized all-in-one healthcare model at Included Health has been years
in the making–designed to bring meaningful, measurable value to millions of individuals, families, and the organizations that support them.

What began as a mission to provide culturally competent and personalized care navigation services for marginalized populations has grown into something much larger. In 2021, we joined forces with Grand Rounds Health, a leader in expert medical opinions, and Doctor On Demand, a pioneer in virtual care, to create a new kind of healthcare company–one that raises the standard of healthcare for everyone.

Today, Included Health delivers a clinically-led, tech-enabled care model that connects people to the access, answers, and advocacy they deserve. By combining innovation with compassion, we’re improving outcomes and removing unnecessary costs and complexity from the system, one member at a time.

People need and deserve a modern healthcare experience–an experience built for a connected world.”
