Get access to all Included Health services in one,
easy-to-use app by following these simple steps:

Download and open the Included Health app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Open the app and tap on the I’m new here button on the home screen.

Follow on-screen instructions to input your basic information, such as email, name, date of birth, and contact details.

When asked to check if you’re covered for Included Health, ensure you search for CalPERS and indicate that you are covered by CalPERS.

You will receive a confirmation email once the registration is successful.
