**While dependents 13 years and older can create their own Included Health accounts, the adult who is the insurance holder must book and be present at the beginning of any virtual visit for children under the age of 18.
Health and Wellness Dollars
Complete certain health and wellness activities to earn dollars for your health reimbursement account (HRA) or health savings account (HSA). If eligible, you can earn up to $800 and your covered spouse or domestic partner can earn up to $400. These health and wellness dollars can help pay for eligible medical expenses.
Note that the incentive deadline is November 15, 2025.
