All the dependents you enrolled in the Personalized Wellbeing Copay Plan can use the plan. Any covered dependents age 18 and older will need to create their own Included Health account. Covered dependents under 18 can be added to your account in the Family Settings of your Included Health app.

As part of your Walmart Personalized Wellbeing Copay Plan, you have access to all of the Included Health benefits offered by Walmart. In addition to help finding a local doctor, $0 virtual care, billing support, expert second opinions, and more, the Personalized Wellbeing Copay Plan includes:
