What is the Cancer Support Program?

It’s designed to provide you and your family access to a Care Team led by an oncology nurse for help managing the many aspects of cancer, whether that’s clinical, emotional, or financial. You have access to this program through Included Health, your Bread Financial benefit.

Dedicated cancer support is a few steps away.

To join the Cancer Support Program, start by activating your Included Health account if you haven’t yet. From there, book a no-cost consultation with an oncology-certified nurse who’ll guide you through the Cancer Support Program.

Here’s how we can help.

  • We give you access to a dedicated oncology nurse whether via chat or video.
  • We can fast-track an expert second opinion to ensure you have the right diagnosis and treatment plan.
  • We can match you with leading in-person doctors and specialists to provide you with the best care.
  • We can refer you to a nutritionist for help understanding your dietary needs.
  • We can connect you to a pharmacist for help with medication and symptom management.
  • We connect you and your covered caregivers to therapists or psychiatrists for mental health support.
  • We can check your bills for errors to make sure you’re not being overcharged.
  • We can give you cost estimates for treatments and explain what your insurance covers.
  • We give you instant access to all your insurance info and healthcare spending in our app.

We work closely with your existing care team.

The Cancer Support Program does not replace your in-person care team. Instead, we work closely together to make sure your health needs are fully met and provide you additional access to:

  • Oncology nurses
  • Board-certified doctors
  • Nutritionists
  • Social workers
  • Licensed therapists
  • Board-certified psychiatrists
  • Pharmacists
  • Care Advocates
