JPMorganChase employees and their covered dependents enrolled in the JPMorganChase U.S. Medical Plan who live in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Oklahoma will have expanded services through Included Health. We can help you understand your health benefits, find in-network providers, access virtual care and answer questions around coverage, billing and so much more.

This is an additional benefit that works in coordination with your medical insurance so you can get the most out of your healthcare coverage. You’ll still have the same access to Aetna or Cigna’s covered services and providers - at the same cost.

Frequently asked questions

Included Health’s concierge service is available to employees and their covered dependents enrolled in the JPMC U.S. Medical Plan who live in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

You can access Included Health’s existing services (Expert Medical Opinion, LGBTQ+) in addition to virtual care, Care Coordinators and more by calling Included Health or through their website or mobile app. You can also access Included Health through My Health by typing “go/myhealth” in a JPMorganChase intranet browser.

Aetna and Cigna will remain your healthcare company. However, Included Health will replace their call centers, providing a streamlined, improved experience. They will be an advocate, help you fully understand your healthcare benefits, and coordinate care between your providers and healthcare company.

All Included Health services can be easily accessed by calling your dedicated care team, visiting your employer site on Included Health, or by downloading the Included Health mobile app. For certain Included Health services, a member of your dedicated care team will reach out to you to learn about your exact needs. They’ll take care of everything, from finding you the right doctor to collecting your medical records. Expect a Care Coordinator to follow up with you after you’ve seen the recommended doctor, to answer any questions you may have and start additional cases if needed.

Any services Included Health provides are fully covered by your employer and available at no cost to you and your covered dependents.

Note: Expert second opinions are conducted on a remote basis; there is no charge for this service. Any treatment you receive as a result of that second opinion would be subject to your medical plan guidelines.

Virtual care visits are subject to a $15.00 copay per the JPMC U.S. medical plan design.
