Your privacy is protected

Included Health is HIPAA-compliant and takes great care to protect our members’ privacy. To safeguard sensitive and identifying information pertaining to employees, their family and friends, we’ve taken these extra measures:

You’ll be prompted to identify your work location at the start of your call with Included Health. This ensures your call is routed to a designated care team at a different location when possible.
A select group of high-performing care coordinators exclusively assist Included Health employees, family and friends with great care to not openly discuss or expose information that identifies the member to colleagues nearby.
For additional privacy, you may request that calls related to your case be taken in a private room or booth.
