Included Health is an expert medical opinion program made available to you through Ericsson at no cost. We are a primary guide and resource for all your medical needs. Our services include finding you the top doctors and specialists in your Ericsson medical carrier’s network, booking doctor’s appointments on your behalf, getting you remote second opinions from world-leading experts, and answering any questions you may have about your medical conditions and more.

Who can use Included Health?

Included Health is available to you and your dependents who are enrolled in an Ericsson medical plan. Ericsson provides this program so that you have access to the best medical care possible. Click ”Register in Minutes” on this website to register you and your eligible dependents in the program.

When should I use Included Health and will I have any out-of-pocket costs?

Use Included Health for the following services:

  • Office Visit – If you need help finding a primary care physician or specialist for an office visit, call our Care Team at 1-855-633-7570. We’ll help you find trusted and experienced doctors in your Ericsson medical carrier’s network and can even set the appointment for you. This Included Health service is provided to you at no cost; however, the cost for the office visit will be the same as any physician office visit under your Ericsson medical plan.
  • Expert Opinion – If you’re unsure about a diagnosis, or if surgery has been recommended as a form of treatment, we can arrange for you to get a second opinion from a leading expert specializing in your area of need. Included Health will find the doctor and collect all relevant medical records. This service is provided to you at no cost.
  • Learn About a Condition – If you’d like quick answers to medical questions for things such as a new diagnosis or treatment, we can provide you with over-the-phone guidance and support from a Included Health doctor. This service is provided to you at no cost.
What can I expect from Included Health?

All services can be easily accessed by calling the Included Health Care Team, visiting includedhealth.com/ericsson or by downloading the Included Health mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For certain Included Health services, a member of your Care Team will reach out to you to learn about your exact needs. They’ll take care of everything, from finding you the right doctor to collecting your medical records. Expect a care coordinator to follow up with you to answer any questions you may have after you’ve seen the recommended doctor.

How does Included Health select its physicians?

Included Health selects physicians based on their education and training, patient outcomes, and location. As a result, we’re able to match you with highly experienced doctors and specialists who are best suited to your personal preferences and medical needs.

Will my personal health information be provided to Ericsson?

In accordance with HIPAA, any personal health information (PHI) you share with Included Health is confidential and not shared with Ericsson or any other 3rd party. Your PHI is available only to you, your Care Team, and your Included Health physician.

How does Included Health use my SSN?
